Project Engineer
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
- Site Supervision: Planning and monitoring daily construction activities to meet schedule deadlines.
- Technical Coordination: Ensuring work follows drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Documentation: Preparing daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and managing documentation.
- Procurement: Estimating material quantities, raising requisitions, and inspecting quality.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively addressing technical issues and managing subcontractor billing.
Requirements and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Experience: Typically requires 4+ years of field or project planning experience, especially in construction.
- Key Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD/engineering software, problem-solving, project management, and communication.
